  • We package our products with care to ensure they arrive safely.

    We ship worldwide. Please note that the buyer is responsible for any local customs duties or taxes.

  • We do not accept returns.

  • If your pot arrives damaged, please send a photo to hi@sheepinthebox.com within 15 days for a full refund.

    Because our pieces are unique, we cannot offer exact replacements.

    While our pottery is fired at high temperature to be frost-resistant, we cannot guarantee against damage caused by extreme or changing weather.

  • Requests for custom orders can be made through our contact form.

    Expect a lead time of at least 8 weeks.

    We create custom orders based on the specific design of your tree. We do not replicate examples of pots.
